Caramel Fudge


A rich and creamy caramel fudge that pairs well with NESTLE White Chocolates is a real treat!

How to Make

  1. Grease base, line base, and two long sides for a 25cmx7cm bar pan.
  2. Heat butter, NESTLE Sweetened Milk, sugar, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat to simmer. Continue stirring for 10 minutes, until the mixture is thickened slightly.
  3. Take off heat and add NESTLE White melts. Stir until chocolate is melted.
  4. Place in a pan and let cool. Use a hot knife to cut thin slices


Serves – 40 slices
Preparation Time – 5 minutes (plus refrigeration time)
Cooking Time – 15 minutes


  • 125g butter, chopped
  • 395g can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 cup (220g) brown sugar
  • ¾ cup (110g) NESTLÉ White Melts
