How to Make

1. Cook flan case according to packet instructions.

2. Using an electric mixer, whisk NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, lemon juice and passionfruit pulp for 10 minutes or until mixture thickens.

3. Pour into prepared flan case and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

TIP – Drizzle finished tart with extra passionfruit pulp if desired.

  • 1 x 220g frozen unbaked sweet shortcrust pastry flan case
  • 395g can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 medium lemons (160mL), juiced
  • Pulp of 1 passionfruit
