This recipe for cheesy tuna pasta and pasta is delicious. This family-friendly recipe is quick and easy.


  • 2 Tbs butter
  • One large chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 300 ml whole cream milk
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 cup delicious cheese grated
  • Sirena canned tuna, 425g
  • Cans of canned corn, 125g
  • One teaspoon salt and pepper *to taste
  • One teaspoon lemon juice
  • One teaspoon nutmeg
  • One teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 cup shells pasta shapes
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs


  1. Sauté onions and butter in a large pot.
  2. Mix flour with milk until you get the desired consistency.
  3. Add cheese to the sauce.
  4. Mix tuna with corn.
  5. Salt, pepper, lemon juice, and nutmeg should be added.
  6. Add pasta to the sauce.
  7. Spread the sauce mixture in a casserole dish. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over the top. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
