This recipe for cheesy tuna pasta and pasta is delicious. This family-friendly recipe is quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs butter
- One large chopped onion
- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 300 ml whole cream milk
- 300 ml water
- 1 cup delicious cheese grated
- Sirena canned tuna, 425g
- Cans of canned corn, 125g
- One teaspoon salt and pepper *to taste
- One teaspoon lemon juice
- One teaspoon nutmeg
- One teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 cup shells pasta shapes
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
Method
- Sauté onions and butter in a large pot.
- Mix flour with milk until you get the desired consistency.
- Add cheese to the sauce.
- Mix tuna with corn.
- Salt, pepper, lemon juice, and nutmeg should be added.
- Add pasta to the sauce.
- Spread the sauce mixture in a casserole dish. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over the top. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
