These NO BAKE jelly squares are as easy as 1-2-3. Using NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, this recipe is perfect to make with the kids

  • 185 g
    butter, melted
  • 250 g
    plain sweet biscuits, crushed
  • 2 tsp
  • 125 mL
    boiling water
  • 395 g
  • 85 g
    strawberry jelly
  • 2 tsp
    gelatine, extra
  • 2 tbsp

    lemon juice


    1. Grease and line a 36cm x 21cm Swiss roll pan with baking paper. Combine butter and biscuits in a medium bowl; mix well; press firmly into the base of prepared pan. Refrigerate.
    2. Meanwhile, dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Place in a medium bowl with NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and lemon juice; beat until well combined. Pour over biscuit base; refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
    3. Make jelly as per packet instructions, adding extra gelatine. Cool mixture; pour over chilled base and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares using a warm knife.
